Voted “Chef of the Year” by the Vatel Club México.

Winner of the 7th Annual US Meat Gastronomical Competition in the category of originality and special mention for best dish of the competition for culinary merit.

· Winner of the Gran Concurso Culinario Latinoamericano Azteca, national finals 2010.
· 3rd place in the Gran Concurso Culinario Latinoamericano Abastur 2011, through which he earned his ticket to the Bocuse D'Or International Competition 2013.
